Terms of Service

1. Identification
PARIS VIP TOURISME — SIREN 980 702 880 — Registered office: 66 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris · France — Phone: +33 6 02 31 17 66 — Email: info@parisviptourisme.fr. Operating as a private passenger transport company (VTC), registered with the French Ministry of Transport.
2. Purpose
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between PARIS VIP TOURISME and any client booking a transport service via our website, mobile applications, phone, email, or WhatsApp.
3. Booking
Every booking is personal and requires the following information: first/last name, email, phone, pick-up date and time, addresses, number of passengers and luggage. The booking is final upon receipt of the email confirmation.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) including all taxes (10% VAT for passenger transport). Three pricing modes apply: fixed rates for airport transfers, dynamic pricing for city transfers, hourly rates for chauffeur-at-disposal. Payment is processed online via Stripe (credit card) or by manual quote for corporate accounts. No card data is stored on our servers.
5. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Between 24h and 2h before: 50% of the amount. Less than 2h or no-show: 100% of the amount retained. For special pricing (weddings, events), specific conditions may apply and will be communicated at booking.
6. Carrier's Obligations
PARIS VIP TOURISME commits to providing a compliant vehicle (under 24 months, impeccable cleanliness), a chauffeur holding a valid VTC card, professional insurance, and punctuality. The entire fleet consists exclusively of high-end Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
7. Client's Obligations
The client agrees to respect the vehicle, not to consume staining food or alcohol without prior agreement, not to smoke, and not to harm the chauffeur or equipment. Any damage may be invoiced separately.
8. Luggage & Pets
Maximum luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle (indicated at booking). Pets are accepted subject to prior agreement and transport in an adapted carrier.
9. Liability
PARIS VIP TOURISME shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, demonstrations, third-party accidents, security checks). Our professional civil liability is covered by an insurance policy compliant with French regulations.
10. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, GDPR-compliant, accessible on our site.
11. Disputes
Any dispute shall first be subject to amicable resolution. Failing this, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For consumer matters, the client may freely refer to the Tourism and Travel Mediator (MTV) — www.mtv.travel.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
