Corporate · Business travel
Paris is your next meeting. We are everything in between.
Business travel turns on minutes. A delayed CDG transfer means a missed call with HQ; a Wi-Fi-less ride to La Défense means an unwritten brief. Our corporate clients — Fortune 500 firms, M&A boutiques, family offices — chose us because we removed the friction. One account, one invoice a month, one chauffeur per executive.
What is included
Every detail handled, so your only job is to arrive.
01
Monthly consolidated billing
One invoice on the 1st of each month, all rides itemized with VAT, ready for your accountant. Wire transfer or Stripe.
02
Cost-center tagging
Tag each ride to a project, cost center or department. We email reports in Excel or CSV — your finance team will love us.
03

For traveling C-suite, we assign one chauffeur for the duration of the visit. Same face, every ride.
04
Last-minute changes
Meeting moved? Flight rescheduled? Text or call our 24/7 dispatch — we'll reassign without billing penalties.

Every chauffeur signs an NDA. We have moved IPO roadshows, due-diligence teams and crisis-comms without a single leak.
06
Bilingual onboarding
Your traveling-staff inboxes get a one-page bilingual FR/EN guide — no learning curve, just call the number.
Frequently asked
Questions, answered honestly.
Can my secretary book on behalf of multiple travelers?
+
Yes — your corporate portal lets one administrator book for any colleague, attach cost centers, and download invoices. Per-traveler permissions available.
How fast can I open a corporate account?
+
48 hours from a signed credit-check form. We can run rides on Stripe in the meantime so your team is never blocked.
Do you offer fixed monthly retainers?
+
Yes — if you forecast a stable volume, we'll quote a fixed monthly retainer with a generous ride bank. Useful for budget predictability.
Are your invoices VAT-compliant for cross-border accounting?
+
Yes — French TVA registered (FR03980702880). EU clients can recover the VAT; non-EU clients receive zero-rated invoices where applicable.
