A show that starts at 15:00 begins at 06:30, when the first van leaves for the venue. Models with 08:00 call times coming from five hotels, the design team shuttling between atelier and venue, a founder landing at Le Bourget at noon — house production teams don't need a car service, they need a transport department for the week. That is what we deploy.

Typical show-day deployments run 3–8 vehicles (V-Class + S-Class mix). Weekly house packages and casting-week rates quoted on request — one invoice, one contact.

One supervisor, whole fleet
Your production contact speaks to one PVT supervisor who runs every vehicle, driver and timing change — not eight separate drivers.

Model call-time runs
We collect models against the call sheet, confirm each pickup to your casting or production team, and flag any delay 30 minutes before it becomes a problem.

Casting-week circuits
During castings, vans loop between agencies and casting studios on a fixed rotation — cheaper and calmer than 40 separate taxi receipts.

Atelier-to-venue logistics
Team shuttles between atelier, venue and hotel run on a schedule your production office sets — and re-sets, hourly, as show week demands.

House-security coordination
Plates and chauffeur identities submitted to your security team in advance. We already work within LVMH, Kering and Richemont security protocols.

Founder & VIP legs
The S-Class or Maybach for the founder, the creative director, the celebrity guest — handled by our most senior chauffeurs, separately from the crew fleet.

How far in advance should a fashion house book show-week transport?

Four to eight weeks ahead for multi-vehicle deployments. We hold a reserve fleet for house clients, but peak show days (Tue–Sat of PFW) sell out.
Can you invoice the house rather than individuals?

Yes — one consolidated invoice to the production company or maison, itemised by day and vehicle, with cost codes if your production office uses them.
What happens when the show runs 40 minutes late?

Nothing you need to manage. The supervisor holds the fleet, resequences the outbound runs and informs your production contact. Waiting inside a booked day is already paid for.
Do you transport looks and samples too?

Garment transport is possible as an accompanied service (a chauffeur and vehicle dedicated to your dresser or production assistant). We do not run unaccompanied freight.
