Fashion Week hotels have their own choreography: the Ritz forecourt at 09:40 before a 10:00 Tuileries show, the Costes side entrance after midnight, the Plaza Athénée bell-stand when three houses send cars at once. Our chauffeurs know the doormen, the porte-cochère rules and the one-way streets that make or break a 12-minute hop between venues.

The car is in the hotel's car circle before you leave the suite — confirmed by WhatsApp with plate and chauffeur name.

Venue-to-venue timing
We map your show list against real PFW traffic: Palais de Tokyo to Carreau du Temple is not 15 minutes at 14:50 on a show day, and we plan for that.

Palace concierge channels
Direct lines with the concierge desks at the Ritz, Bristol, Plaza Athénée, George V, Crillon and Cheval Blanc — bookings can flow through your concierge.

Wardrobe changes on board
Privacy glass and a garment rail on request in the V-Class — outfit change between a show and a dinner without returning to the hotel.

After-party pickups
A 02:30 pickup outside a club in the 8th is a normal booking for us during PFW, not a favour.

Established palace partners can charge transfers to the room folio; agencies and houses get one consolidated invoice.

Can the chauffeur wait between shows?

Yes — on hourly disposition the car and chauffeur stay with you all day, holding your bags, chargers and rain plan between venues. This is how most editors book PFW.
Do you serve hotels other than palaces?

Of course — boutique hotels in the Marais, apartments in Saint-Germain, townhouses in the 16th. The palace expertise simply means the busiest forecourts don't slow us down.
How long does a typical hotel-to-venue transfer take during PFW?

Central hotel to a central venue: 10–25 minutes normally, but show-day congestion around venues can double it. We advise departure times based on the actual venue schedule.
Can you bill my hotel room directly?

At partner palace hotels, yes — the transfer is charged to your room folio and we invoice the hotel. Ask your concierge to book through PARIS VIP TOURISME.
