EquipHotel — the biennial rendezvous of the hospitality and food-service industry — takes over Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (pavilions 4, 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3) from 2 to 5 November 2026. Hotel groups, restaurateurs, architects and investors fly in from across Europe, the Gulf and Asia for four intense days of meetings. We are a Paris hospitality-sector chauffeur company all year round — palace-hotel transfers are our daily bread — so serving EquipHotel visitors is quite literally home ground: correct pavilion gate, perfectly timed airport runs, and a car that reflects the standards of your own establishment.

Show-day timing, mastered
Doors open 9:30; we stage arrivals for 9:00 so you walk pavilion 7 before the aisles fill. Closing-day pick-ups timed for 17:30.

From Monday 2 to Thursday 5 November 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, pavilions 4, 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. Open 9:30–18:30 (until 17:30 on the final day). The show is reserved for hospitality professionals.
How long is the transfer from the airports?

Orly is the closest — usually 15–25 minutes to Porte de Versailles. From CDG allow 45–60 minutes depending on périphérique traffic. Both at fixed rates from 120 € (E-Class).
Can you run a fixed daily schedule for our team during the show?

Yes — a dedicated vehicle with fixed morning and evening rotations between your hotel and the venue for all four days, quoted as one package with one invoice.
We also need cars for guests we host at the show — possible?

Absolutely. Many exhibitors book an on-call vehicle to collect their own VIP clients from hotels or airports during the show. One WhatsApp message and the car is dispatched.
